Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day even if that means just a bowl of cereal and coffee. When I find recipes that are healthy, easy, and delicious I love to trying them to add some variance to my morning meal. This broiled grapefruit recipe had so many things about it that caught my eye that I made it the same day that I found the recipe.
Cookie and Kate has quickly become one of my go-to blogs for recipes and I have yet to be disappointed, not even close. This grapefruit turns out sweet and soft and the combination of granola and greek yogurt adds a creamy and crunchy value. It also gave me an excuse (not that I needed one) to make more of this homemade granola!
